Personal information we process

Discover Visually processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. How long do we keep personal information

Discover Visually will keep your personal information no longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. We use a retention period of up to 24 months for personal data.

Discover Visually only provides personal information to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible but within four weeks.
